OK what do we mean by Get Involved??

Simply put, the Thirlmere Festival of Steam is organised and run by volunteers. It is these volunteer, who put in hundreds of hours of time, phone calls, emails, and labour all to ensure a very successful festival. So if you were thinking of GETTING INVOLVED as a volunteer, we could certainly use your help.

The main call for volunteers, will be on the day of the Festival, and as you can possibly imagine, with up to 11,000 people coming to Thirlmere, manpower is certainly needed to help with the many tasks. You can contact any of the committee members below and submit your details, so that we can contact you in time to allocate tasks. We look forward to hearing from you.
